Deposits & Cancellations
On booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit to secure the time slot agreed. Deposits are taken automatically when booking online or can be paid by card payment link, bank transfer or PayPal if booking directly in clinic / by email.

Please provide 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Deposits are refundable or transferable to a new appointment with a minimum of 48hrs notice. Without 48 hours notice, the deposit is not refundable and the full appointment fee will need to be paid before you can re book your next appointment. This will be charged automatically if your card details are held on account.
No shows to appointments will be charged to cover the full treatment cost automatically if card details are held on the booking system.
